How can you apply the skills you have learned so far in this class to work in other classes?
The first skill I could use in another class would be finding a book. Before this class I had never checked out a book in the Ingram library. I also before now would not know how to look the book up and know where in the in library it was, or even what floor it was on. Another thing that will be useful in other classes is how to cite in the APA format. I have always used t he MLA format. The coolest skill I have learned is how to keep a blog and how to use blogger. I have always wondered how people keep blogs and how to do it. If i ever have to keep a blog in another class i will be ahead of the game. I have also learned how to tell if a website is credible and what websites would not be a good website to cite in a research paper. This class has made me much better at using google docs. I have learned that google pretty much has everything to blog and keep documents online for free. This class has taught me how to use courseden and check my grades.
I agree, before coming in this class i did not even know that there was a such thing as Google blogger. After taking this class we should all be pros at blogging and doing research on the internet, its just a matter of time! Glad you learned how to use Course Den because you will really need it in your West Georgia days.
